Our brainstorm about ducks
Today I worked with Punipuao to brainstorm ideas on ducks. We worked together to brainstorm about ducks.

Playing golf!
Have you played golf?
Me and my class played golf every Thursday.When all of us are ready, our teacher Mrs.Twomey, called us to line up because coach Stu was waiting.
Coach Stuart told us to sit on the grass. Then he asked us what we learnt. Few of my class mates raised their hands but I forgot what we learnt.
He told us about sportsmanship.
After that we did warm ups. We stepped and jumped on every squares as fast as we could and if we miss one or more square you have to do push ups. I missed two squares so I did lots of push ups.
Next we played baseball but we used a golf club and a golf ball.We always swapped over because my group can not follow the instructions.
Playing golf is awesome.

Popular pets in Room5L
Turtles are the most popular pet in Room 5L because of their hard shell and they have nice patterns on their back. The least popular pet are the birds since they can easily escape from their cages and free to fly.Very few people have birds as pet because they are not easy to catch.

Room 5L's Favourite Ice cream
We found out that Room 5L's favourite ice cream is cookies and cream,ten children likes cookies and cream.The next favourite is hokey pokey and the least favourites are vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. They each got one vote.

Forces in Motion
This term I have been learning about forces.We did this experiment on how far a car travels when it is on a slope. I learnt that if you put 5 thin books the toy car will travel up to 30 cm.

My Favourite Animal
My Favourite Animal
My favourite animal is a Hare.
There are brown, white, and sometimes black hare.
Hare has long floppy ears. Their eyes can be green, yellow and black.
I think a hare is the best pet because it can jump high and runs so fast that you can’t even catch it.

This morning is sunny and I am happy. Please look after my family and other people. I promise to try hard to learn about you. God I ask you to bless my family and my friends into my life this morning. God I ask you to help me to be honest all the time. God help me not to hurt feelings of other people. Please let me help people instead of hurting them.
